Do's and Don'ts when submitting to our office

Correct Risk Description

Complete narratives of operations and locations. IF your risk is trucking, do NOT put "General Freight" on cargo. IF we ask for it - provide it.

Excel For Drivers, Units, Loss detail

Every wheels based application will be provided a excel sheet for loss summary detail, driver detail, and unit detail. Provide ALL the data we ask for. This is an upload sheet we use for markets.

Loss Runs

Need to be valued 30 days or less when submitting. IF not, be pre-pared for a delayed rate and a conditional rate subject to current values runs at bind,

Motor Vehicle Reports

Cannot submit without them and must be less than 30 days to submit.

We don't submit incomplete submissions and we don't deal with "hot potatoes"

Your submission will not be rated or sent to market unless complete, regardless of "how close" it is. Also, don't send a submission with less than 18 days to work on it.
